The Berkeley County Development Authority (BCDA) is requesting bids for roof replacement on 300 and 400 Foxcroft Avenue, Martinsburg, West Virginia, individually and collectively. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 21st, 2019, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Each sealed bid envelope must be plainly marked as “Foxcroft Avenue Office Buildings Roof Replacement”.

She is currently employed as a full-time professor in the College of Business at Shepherd University and a part-time business coach for the WV Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in the Eastern Panhandle.
