The Berkeley County Development Authority (BCDA) is pleased to announce that Patrick Darlington joins the staff as the Associate Executive Director, effective July 1, 2021.

I am humbled to have the opportunity to use my past experience to help achieve success in this area and also looking forward to learning and gaining new experiences.”
Darlington brings over 20 years of experience in sales, finance, construction industry consultation, as well as serving as a County Commissioner in Tucker County, West Virginia, and a member of their economic development authority board of directors.
A Martinsburg native and Shepherd University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Sports Fitness, Darlington has served on many community boards and as a Rotarian. He has received numerous awards such as Businessman of the Year.
