What makes your business unique?

We are unique in the sense of combining two totally different businesses in one space in historic downtown building that was once housed a diner with a speakeasy that thrived in the basement during prohibition. We will bring that energy back all in one space transforming from one to the other daily.

How will the prize money be used?

When the dust settles and I pull out the win against these great competitors, I will use the money for a much needed upgrade to the HVAC system in the restaurant.
